Mike is a management and services professional with more than 30 years of diverse financial, operations, services management, system implementation, and testing experience. He has successfully implemented solutions in the transportation, utilities, financial services, and small-to-large software and service providers. Mike has delivered project management training at the University of South Florida, Stetson University, and Hillsborough County Community College along with delivering project management courseware with several training companies. As an experienced executive, he has worked hand-in-hand with clients such as Neovia Logistics, Ranpak, Bank of America, HSBC Mortgage Services, Chase Home Mortgage, Citicorp Mortgage, Verizon Wireless, Texas Utilities, Las Vegas Valley Water District, Motorola, Core Logic, and American Savings Bank in Hawaii. Mike has handled small to large-scale system implementations and infrastructure programs for solutions providers such as Ceridian, Mortgage Dynamics, Best Software, Kronos, and First American. He has provided program and project management for consulting firms such as IQPS, KPMG Advisory, Bass & Company, Integrated Solutions Management, Informatik Group, and Phoenix Advantage. Overseas assignments with Informatik Group and Phoenix Advantage in South Korea and Germany included training relative to data transformation hardware and application testing along with enterprise resource planning solution blueprinting and documentation.
